Carriers: $5 a week per truck ($0.71 a day). It does not matter how many tickets or who gets them, if the citation was received in a truck and the VIN # is on your subscription list, there will be no extra charges, (not including legal fees and court costs/fines). 

Data-Qs included at no additional cost. 

 Drivers: $5 a week, they are covered in any vehicle they are in, including a personal vehicle, as long as they are the driver on the citation.(Data Q’s included with no additional charge).

  Our organization has compiled an extensive list of lawyers all over the country. Relationships have been built with our legal network to assure our clients the best representation possible. Before hiring an attorney to represent you with your case we will ALWAYS have the lawyers fee approved by you first. We stay in contact with them throughout the whole process.

  Data Q’s allow carriers to request a review of violations/citations given during a roadside inspection. The easiest way to have violations removed is to have a citation dismissed or reduced. This is also the quickest way for carriers to lower their SMS score.  Our expertise can assist with both dismissal and the request for review.

(There is no additional charge for Data Q’s if you are a subscriber. For Carriers or Owner operators that do not have a subscription, fees apply.)

If you would like us to handle the citations on a case-by-case basis, the fee is $175 per citation.

 (No extra charge if there are multiple citations per stop).
